HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior your appointment by logging into your account and going to "my bookings". Rescheduling feature is only available on the site, not the app.
Cancellations automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits are only transferable through rescheduling.
I DON'T SEE OPEN SLOTS, CAN YOU SQUEEZE ME IN?

Unfortunately, squeeze ins are not offered. Availability can be seen in the calendar, if there are no slots then there is no availability.
Please head over to the WAITLIST page and fill out the form to be notified of any cancellations and reschedules.
Any LAST MINUTE cancellations will be posted on Instagram story (@onyxartistry.co).
