WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

Availability can be viewed in the booking calendar.
HOW CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?

You can cancel/reschedule by logging into your account and going to ‘My Bookings’.

You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your appointment
Cancellations automatically forfeit your deposit. Deposits are only transferable through rescheduling.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SERVICE BOOKED?

You can request a service change up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Appointment time is reserved according to the service originally booked. Without 48 hour notice, the original service charges will still apply.
If you arrive without needing a booked removal, the $30 removal fee will still be charged.
If you book a design set and decide you no longer want designs during the appointment, you will still be charged the starting rate of the design tier booked, as that time was held exclusively for you.
